I drove 8 1/2 hours to Montgomery for a military event and then heard a funny sound coming from my engine...I called Haigler Auto and told them what was going on, with no delay they said "come on in, we'll get you taken care of". Unfortunately it was my alternator, fortunately Haigler Auto took care of me and I was back on the road with no problems. I was grateful that they cared and were willing to help. We broke down on the highway, and Haigler was as fair, helpful, honest, prompt as one could ask for. They explained the problem and the options clearly, and we chose the more expensive, more complete repair. It took overnight for the part to be ordered, and we were on the road promptly the next day. I broke down 28 miles outside Montgomery from a broken axle. I gave full details on car information. When I arrived after being towed, they had the part ready and waiting. Got me in right away fixed the problem and had me out in under a hour with a great price. All while being friendly. (5 star review on Google)

My 19 year old son was on his way home to Jacksonville, FL from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa last Friday, May 9, 2008, when his car broke down just south of Montgomery. I googled repair shops in Montgomery and called Haigler Auto Service. As it was after 5:00 pm, all the mechanics had left for the day. The lady that answered the phone was kind enough to call various places for me & found a dealership that had mechanics on Saturday. She also told me about a nearby motel where my son could stay. AAA towed his car to the dealership & it was repaired by noon the next day. He arrived home safely by Saturday evening. Thanks to the wonderful lady at Haigler! (5 star review on Google)
