I drove 8 1/2 hours to Montgomery for a military event and then heard a funny sound coming from my engine...I called Haigler Auto and told them what was going on, with no delay they said "come on in, we'll get you taken care of". Unfortunately it was my alternator, fortunately Haigler Auto took care of me and I was back on the road with no problems. I was grateful that they cared and were willing to help. We broke down on the highway, and Haigler was as fair, helpful, honest, prompt as one could ask for. They explained the problem and the options clearly, and we chose the more expensive, more complete repair. It took overnight for the part to be ordered, and we were on the road promptly the next day.
